Process flow
The manufacture of containers is a production line operation, and its process flow can be roughly divided into the following stages:
1. Incoming inspection of raw materials, cutting, and surface treatment of steel (one-time sanding of steel plates, spraying of epoxy zinc-rich primer)
2. Folding plate, stamping and forming
3. Welding and assembly of components (front and rear frames, side panels, top panels, chassis), welding and assembly of the whole box
4. The whole box of slag cleaning and secondary sanding (after the secondary shot peening surface treatment, the weld area, the welding heat-affected area, and other surfaces that require secondary shot blasting, the roughness requirements reach BN9-BNl0 (Ry value 25µ-35µ), and the rust removal level reaches Sa2.Level 5 (approximately white iron shape), cleaning
5. Spraying (black primer spraying should be after the floor is installed), paint drying
6. Installation of spare parts (locks, air inlet blinds, breathable covers, etc.), beauty (spraying or labeling, nameplates, interior repairs), wind and rain density experiments, finished product inspection, warehousing
